Handling duplicate subscriptions or charges
- Identify the issue: Check your bank statements and Comment account to confirm if you’ve been double-charged. If you have multiple active subscriptions, you should see them listed at https://comment.org/my-account/subscriptions/.
- Contact support: Email team@comment.org with your full name, email address, and details of the duplicate charges.
- Await resolution: Our team will investigate and resolve the issue, including refunding any duplicate charges if applicable.
