How to access your account and update your information

Logging in

Visit comment.org and click ‘Account.’ Enter your email and password and click 'Login.'

Resetting your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Lost your password?’ on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. You can also visit https://comment.org/my-account/lost-password/.

Updating personal details

• Once logged in, go to ‘Account Details’ to update your name, email, or password.
• To update your saved addresses, go to the 'Addresses' section of My Account and click on 'Edit Billing address' or Edit Shipping address.
• Click on the 'Payment Method' tab of My Account to update your saved payment methods.
